In the run up to the launch, Brian Ambrose, Chairman of the CBI in Northern Ireland said:
"CBI Northern Ireland welcomes the ETB’s Engineers Make It Happen Campaign. Young people need to be made aware of the excellent career opportunities that engineering can offer. We need more technicians and engineers to remain competitive in the global economy, and to build on the success of our many world-beating engineering companies."

Leslie Morrison, Chief Executive of Invest Northern Ireland said:
"Engineering firms in Northern Ireland make a huge contribution to the development of a stronger and wealthier economy. Invest NI is dedicated to supporting this important sector through a range of business development programmes that help companies to exploit innovation and compete in export markets. A critical element of our strategy remains the ongoing availability of relevant human skills to grow such entities - the ETB's Engineers Make It Happen Campaign in Northern Ireland will add significant value to this key component."
